Motorcyclist killed in multi-vehicle crash on I-405 NB in Renton

RENTON, WA — A motorcycle rider died Sunday evening after a collision involving two other vehicles on Interstate 405 northbound in Renton, according to KIRO 7 News.
The accident occurred at the exit to Northeast 44th Street and was first reported by Washington State Department of Transportation at 6:40 p.m.
All northbound lanes were blocked as a result, and Washington State Patrol troopers diverted I-405 traffic to Northeast 44th Street.
No further information has been reported regarding the cause of crash or any injuries sustained.
An investigation is underway.
