MOSES LAKE, WA — 50-year-old Yakima man Gary Wolf has been identified as the driver recovering from a single-car rollover crash early Saturday on Moses Lake, according to iFiberone.
Wolf was driving under the influence as he neared the Hiawatha Road overpass above I-90 at around 5:28 a.m., says Washington State Patrolman John Bryant. Wolf’s impairment led to loss of control of his vehicle, which struck and broke off part of the overpass guardrail. The impact of the crash took the vehicle down the embankment, where it rolled over multiple times before coming to rest on its top.
Following the incident, Wolf was transported to Samaritan Hospital. He was also arrested for DUI.
