Wrong-way crash involving truck, car traps one

SEATTLE, WA – A wrong-way crash on Airport Way and South College Street on Friday morning trapped one person inside their car, KOMO reports.
According to KOMO, the accident happened just before 11 a.m. Friday, when the driver of a Dodge Durango was driving south in the northbound lanes of Airport Way and collided head-on with a Seattle City Light utility truck. The collision sent the truck into a utility pole.
The driver of the Dodge Durango was trapped in their car and later extricated by first responders. They were transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
Two other people were treated for minor injuries.
Police are still investigating.
