Van driver flees on foot after hitting WSDOT tractor in Issaquah
Request Free ConsultationISSAQUAH, WA — The driver of a gray van struck a Washington State Department of Transportation tractor and fled the scene on foot Thursday morning in Issaquah, according to MSN News.
Troopers with the Washington State Patrol said the damaged vehicle is one of WSDOT’s mowing tractors. A driver who was inside the tractor sustained minor injuries.
According to WSDOT, the incident occurred a little after 9:00 a.m. along Interstate 90 eastbound, partially blocking the offramp to State Route 900.
Troopers are actively searching for the information on the van driver. Updates to the story are forthcoming.
The crash has since been cleared to the right shoulder.
