Two hospitalized after being hit by car in Bellevue’s Crossroads area

KING COUNTY, WA — Two people in their 30s were injured Wednesday night when they were hit by a driver near an intersection in the Crossroads area of Bellevue, reports KIRO 7 News.
Authorities responded to the scene near the intersection of 140th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 5th Street.
Details are limited, but male pedestrian appeared to have been bleeding from the head as a result of the crash. Both victims were conscious as they were transported to a nearby hospital, according to police.
The involved driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
No further information has been released at this time.
