Two lanes blocked on I-5 near South Tacoma Way due to collision

LAKEWOOD, WA – A collision blocked two right lanes of southbound I-5 at South Tacoma Way on Monday afternoon, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.

Collision on I-5 SB at MP 127.16 near South Tacoma Way beginning at 3:25 pm on Jan. 18, 2021 until further notice. The two right lanes are blocked.

WSDOT did not report any injuries. The accident was cleared from the road and the two lanes were reopened by about 5 p.m.
