Tukwila apartment complex burns, displacing several families

TUKWILA, WA – The Foster Creek Apartment complex went up in flames overnight Tuesday, even though firefighters had already extinguished a fire at the apartments earlier in the day.

The apartments are located just off I-5, north of I-405. According to KOMO journalist Tammy Mutasa, no one was injured, though some families were displaced because their units sustained damage.
Tukwila Fire had responded to reports of a fire there earlier yesterday. Officials are investigating whether the two fires are related.
