Troopers respond to rollover log truck accident with injuries on SR-522 in Bothell

BOTHELL, WA – Troopers with the Washington State Patrol were alerted of an overturned log truck blocking State Route 522 in Bothell on Wednesday evening.
WSP District 2 Public Information Officer Rick Johnson initially tweeted about the accident at 4:42 p.m., stating it occurred in the eastbound lanes at the Interstate 405 interchange.
All lanes of SR-522 were closed while crews responded to the scene. Tow trucks were called in to assist with clearing the roadway.

According to Johnson, the truck driver suffered minor to moderate injuries. A picture was provided showing roughly a dozen logs blocking the freeway.

At this time, there have been no updates on the roadway being reopened.
