Tacoma man dies following May 17 rollover crash near Castle Rock

CASTLE ROCK, WA — 65-year-old Benito Gutierrez, the Tacoma driver from a May 17 rollover crash on I-5 north of Castle Rock, has died following the incident, according to The Daily News.

Gutierrez had initially suffered a medical emergency while driving southbound on I-5 north of Castle Rock when his Toyota Camry crashed a little before 10 p.m.

The Washington State Patrol says the vehicle rolled over and injured Gutierrez. The two other Tacoma passengers, a two-year-old girl and a 61-year-old woman, did not sustain injuries.

WSP also say that drugs or alcohol were not factors in the crash.
