Suspect wanted on two felony counts drives car off cliff

EVERETT, WA – Deputies from the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office pursued a felony suspect Tuesday night until the suspect drove their car off a cliff, sustaining life-threatening injuries.
According to KOMO News, police began the pursuit around 8:25 p.m. Tuesday at the Fred Meyer store in Mill Creek.
The 34-year-old male suspect led police on a chase that ended when he drove off the cliff at 23rd Street and East Grand Avenue. He was transported to the hospital and is currently receiving treatment for serious injuries.
Police say the suspect was wanted for two felony charges and several other lesser charges but did not provide further specifications.
