Suquamish tribal elder killed in traffic collision
Request Free ConsultationSUQUAMISH, WA – A Suquamish tribal elder was killed and her husband was injured when they were struck by a motorist on Suquamish Way on Tuesday, Kitsap Daily News reports.

74-year-old Nancy McPherson and her 78-year-old husband Donald were hit by a southbound Chrysler minivan near The House of Awakened Culture. They were taken by medical helicopter to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, where Nancy McPherson died.
Donald McPherson remained in serious condition as of yesterday morning.
The 81-year-old driver of the Chrysler is cooperating with police investigations.
