South Seattle house fire injures at least one Friday morning

SEATTLE, WA – A house fire at the 8600 block of Renton Avenue South broke out just after midnight Friday, injuring one occupant.
According to KOMO News, Seattle Fire responded to reports of the fire to find one of the occupants sitting outside the house with injuries. This person was treated at the scene and did not need to be transported to a hospital. No one else was injured.
Firefighters knocked down the fire after dousing it with water for about 20 minutes.
Investigators are still working to determine the cause of the fire.
