The accident happened on the ramp from I-5 northbound to Interstate 705 and was reported just before 4:00 p.m.
The driver was reported to have sustained minor injuries.
WSP troopers and cews with Tacoma’s Washington State Department of Transportation responded to the scene.
The incident blocked two right lanes and caused delays in the area.
