Second accident of the morning reported on I-5 at 272nd St

KENT, WA – Authorities were able to quickly clear the second traffic collision of the morning on Interstate 5 near 272nd Street on Thursday.

According to WSDOT, the accident happened on I-5 south near 272nd Street shortly before 9:15 a.m.

A disabled vehicle from the collision was blocking the right lane. A tow truck was called, and the area was quickly cleared.

It is unclear whether anyone was injured.

The area was also the scene of an accident that was reported just a couple of hours earlier. It had been cleared when this one happened.
