Rollover accident on I-82 kills 65-year-old Zillah man

WAPATO, WA – A 65-year-old man from Zillah died after he lost control of his car while exiting Interstate 82 on Monday evening, causing the vehicle to roll over.
The victim, Santos Leos, was heading east on I-82 when he attempted to exit near Wapato at exit 44, according to KIMA. Washington State Patrol arrived at the scene just after 7 p.m. Monday to find Leos dead.
Leos had been wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident, which is still under investigation.
