Ramp from I-5 northbound to 85th St blocked due to accident

According to the Washington State Department of Transportation, the accident partially blocked the left lane of the ramp until a tow truck could remove the vehicle. It is not clear what caused the accident. WSDOT did not report any injuries.
The ramp reopened completely by 11 a.m.
