SNOQUALMIE PASS, WA – A driver reported being involved in a road rage incident on I-90 close to Snoqualmie Pass, and Washington State Patrol is looking for witnesses.

According to Patch, the incident occurred Wednesday afternoon around 2:12 p.m. The driver who called State Troopers was driving a burgundy van; the other car was a white Chevy pickup truck.

The driver of the van reported that they and the other car got so heated that the two vehicles stopped in the middle of the freeway to argue.

The white pickup pulled off the highway into a gas station at exit 31 in North Bend, where the two cars remained until Troopers arrived.

It still remains unclear what sparked the road rage or what ensued before the two drivers began arguing. Troopers are hoping witnesses will come forward to clear up the timeline of events.

If you have any information about this incident, you are encouraged to contact Detective Ford at Brody.Ford@wsp.wa.gov.
