Person hospitalized following late-night crash on Mildred St in Tacoma

The crash occurred in the 600 block of N Mildred Street at about 10:15 p.m., when a white SUV collided with a dark-colored sedan.
One person, who was not immediately identified, was taken to the hospital with undisclosed injuries.
The cause of the crash was not made available.
Drivers were asked to avoid the area as authorities worked the accident.
