Pedestrian struck and killed along 525 in Mukilteo

MUKILTEO, WA — A male pedestrian was struck and killed Tuesday night while on foot along State Route 525 in the Mukilteo area, according to KOMO News.
Troopers and medics were called to the serious crash around 10:30 p.m. near Beverly Park Road.
The victim was discovered dead on scene. No other information has been released about him.
The driver of the striking vehicle stopped and remained until following the crash.
Both Highway 525 and Beverly Park Road were closed during the Washington State Patrol’s preliminary investigation but is now open again.
