One hospitalized after hit-and-run collision on I-5 in south TacomaRequest Free Consultation
PIERCE COUNTY, WA — One person was seriously hurt Wednesday night in a multi-vehicle hit-and-run crash on Interstate 5 in south Tacoma, according to Washington State Patrol.
The crash occurred on the ramp connecting I-5 southbound to South 38th Street westbound. It was first reported by Trooper Robert Reyer at 9:42 p.m.
The causing vehicle, a light-colored pickup, left the scene after hitting two vehicles.

Authorities said a light-colored pickup truck collided with two other vehicles and continued driving.
One of the drivers was rushed to an area hospital with serious injuries. No updates on their condition have been disclosed.
The ramp was closed to traffic as WSP investigated the scene.
No other details have been provided at this time.
