One dead, one injured following watercraft accident on Moses Lake

MOSES LAKE, WA (GRANT COUNTY) – A young man died the day after a Friday watercraft collision in Grant County that also injured another person, reports KIRO 7.

The accident happened on Moses Lake near the Interstate 90 bridge, when a man operating a personal watercraft crashed into another craft.

He was taken to the hospital, where he died on Saturday. Another person on the same craft was taken into hospital care for the treatment of non-critical injuries.

The operator of the other watercraft was not injured in the accident.

The accident remains under investigation at this time.
