YAKIMA COUNTY, WA – The Washington State Patrol is looking for witnesses who saw a rollover accident on State Route 24 near Moxee that left one person injured.
According to KIMA, the accident happened on Saturday, Aug. 29, around 4:30 p.m. The suspected driver was in a 1995-2000 white Toyota Tacoma heading east on the highway when they used the westbound lanes to pass another eastbound car. An oncoming westbound vehicle had to veer out of the Toyota’s way, causing that car to rollover and crash.
The driver of the white Toyota pickup fled the scene.
