Motorcyclist believed dead after falling into Lake Washington after crash on I-90

SEATTLE, WA – Authorities believe that a motorcyclist is dead after they fell into Lake Washington following a crash on I-90 late Friday night, according to information from KOMO News.
The crash happened on eastbound I-90 near the Mount Baker tunnel, as a motorcyclist traveling eastbound was driving at a high rate of speed and weaving between lanes. The motorcyclist then collided with the driver of a Toyota, then crashed into the barrier. The motorcyclist then fell into the water of the lake.
Rescue swimmers were unable to recover the motorcyclist, and authorities have now presumed the victim deceased. The Washington State Patrol is working to recover them from the lake.
The two occupants of the Toyota were not hurt in the crash.
