Mattress falls from pickup truck on highway, gets stuck underneath box truck

POULSBO, WA – A pickup truck hauling a mattress lost its load on State Route 3, which was then hit by a passing box truck.

The driver of a pickup truck lost a mattress that was then struck by a box truck on SB SR 3 at Finn Hill near #Poulsbo.

Washington State Trooper Chelsea Hodgson reported that the incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon around 3:45 p.m.
The box truck ran over the dislodged mattress on SR 3 near Finn Hill. The mattress got tangled in the truck’s driveline and axle, but no one was injured.
Trooper Hodgson did not confirm whether the pickup truck that was hauling the mattress will be located or penalized.
