The crash happened in the 8000 block of Corliss Avenue North shortly before 2:00 a.m.
Few details have been reported on the circumstances behind the incident, but a witness at the scene said the suspect vehicle, a white Ford F-150 pickup truck, struck two pedestrians. The driver failed to stop and render aid and was seen fleeing eastbound on North 80th Street.
Seattle Fire crews arrived to find the adult male victim deceased at the scene.
