Lynnwood police chase ends in car crash, one person dies

LYNNWOOD, WA – One person is dead after police chased a suspect who had reportedly been shooting at an apartment complex on Admiralty Way.
KOMO News reported that Snohomish County Sheriff’s deputies arrived at the apartment around 12:45 a.m. Thursday and located the suspect’s vehicle. When they attempted to pull the vehicle over, the driver led them on a chase.
The chase ended when the suspect crashed their car near 36th Ave. NE and 145th St.
When officials approached the vehicle, one person was dead inside while a second had fled on foot. No one else was injured in this accident.
