East Wenatchee, Washington – Car Crashes Into Mall

East Wenatchee, Washington (May 8, 2019) – A man drove a station wagon into the doors of Wenatchee Valley Mall around 6 p.m. on Wednesday night. Shortly before crashing into the mall, the suspect’s vehicle also struck another car, but no one was reported to be injured from these incidents.

The incident started when a suspicious man was spotted in the parking lot of the mall who was described as acting under the influence of drugs. The police got a call around 6 p.m. when the suspect struck another car and then crashed into the mall doors. The car went inside and then turned around, damaging the wall. He was later able to come out and fled the scene. However, he was found and arrested by the police later.
