Early-morning accident involving garbage truck blocks I-5 in Fife

FIFE, WA – A two-vehicle accident involving a garbage truck occurred early Thursday morning on 70th Street near I-5 in Fife.

According to the Fife Police Department, the accident occurred around 6 a.m. between Pacific Highway East and 20th Street East.
By 7:11 a.m., all lanes were reopened as first responders had cleared the scene. No injuries were reported.
