Driver of stolen vehicle drives wrong way, causes collision in Elma

ELMA, WA – Washington State Troopers arrested the driver of a stolen vehicle after the suspect led them on a chase and caused a collision on SR 12 and 3rd St.
Troopers terminated the pursuit when the driver began driving the wrong way. The driver was later involved in a two-car crash on SR 12 at 3rd Street in #Elma.

According to WSP Trooper Chelsea Hodgson, the accident occurred after the suspect began driving the wrong way on SR 12. Hodgson reported that no one was seriously injured in the crash, and the suspect was taken into custody.
