FEDERAL WAY, WA – Troopers with the Washington State Highway Patrol reported a single fatality resulting from a rollover collision on I-5 Monday evening.
According to KOCO, the single-vehicle took place along the interstate just south of the exit to South 320th Street.
Troopers say the unidentified 38-year-old male driver veered off the roadway and struck a tree before his vehicle overturned. He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators believe the driver may have suffered a medical emergency prior to the collision.
