SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — A driver was hurt Tuesday morning after a semi-truck accident on State Route 525 in Lynnwood, according to Trooper Rocky Oliphant with Washington State Patrol.

The crash occurred on the ramp connecting SR-525 southbound to Interstate 405 southbound. It was first reported by WSP shortly before 8:00 a.m.

Few details have been shared, but the truck came to a rest in a grassy area between the onramp and the main lanes.

The driver of the semi suffered minor injuries. It is unclear whether or not they were taken to a hospital.

WSP anticipated closures of multiple lanes as tow trucks arrive to clear the wreck.

A left lane on the onramp from south I-5 to south I-405 was also shut down during the response.

No further information has been reported.
