According to KOMO News, a Bellevue police officer attempted to pull the suspect’s vehicle over for a routine traffic stop at the 400 block of 120th Avenue NE. The suspect instead made a U-turn and attempted to hit the officer, who moved out of the way in time.
The suspect then sped south on I-405, driving recklessly. The suspect exited I-405 in Renton and hit a car that was stopped at a traffic light. No one inside that vehicle was injured.
