Collision shuts down SR-99 northbound in Everett

EVERETT, WA — A vehicle accident Wednesday evening closed all lanes on state Route 99 northbound in Everett, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.
On SR 99 northbound just south of Gibson Rd there is a collision blocking all lanes.

The accident happened just south of Gibson Road near Paine Field-Lake Stickney and was first reported by WSDOT at 5:35 p.m.
At 6:23 p.m., all northbound lanes on SR-99 were reported to have reopened.
No further information has been shared on the number of vehicles involved or any injuries sustained in the incident.
