Collision partially blocks SR 518 eastbound off-ramp to I-5 south

Seattle, WA — A Monday collision reported by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) around 2:20 p.m. was found to be partially blocking off the SR 518 eastbound ramp leading off to I-5 south.
