GRAHAM, WA – A major brush fire that burned through Graham on Monday has destroyed eight homes and forced thousands of people to be without power.
According to KIMA, strong winds fed the fire and knocked down power lines in the South Sound area.
Firefighters responded to a brush fire threatening homes near 240th Street and Bath Road when a gust of wind helped the fire grow. Over 100 people in the area were evacuated but no one was injured.
