ATV driver seriously injured in collision with SUV near Benton City

BENTON CITY, WA – The driver of an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) collided with an SUV on State Route 224 on Wednesday morning, according to Washington State Troopers.
Troopers were busy this morning investigating an ATV vs. SUV crash on SR 224 between Benton City and West Richland. The ATV driver was at fault and was seriously injured in the crash. pic.twitter.com/aqBwm9d00N

WSP Trooper Thorson reported via Twitter that the driver of the ATV, who is still unidentified, caused the accident. That driver sustained serious injuries as a result.
It is not clear whether the driver of the SUV was injured in the accident.
