At least 1 person severely injured in possible DUI crash on SR-99

EVERETT, WA – At least one person was severely injured in a collision caused by a suspected intoxicated driver on State Route 99 late last night, according to the Washington State Patrol.

The crash occurred in Everett on SR-99 and Lincoln Avenue at around 10 p.m. and involved at least two sedans.

At least one person was severely injured in the crash.

The at-fault driver was taken into police custody and is suspected of having been under the influence. Authorities are investigating the crash as a vehicular assault.
