Apartment fire displaces 16 people in Longview

LONGVIEW, WA — An apartment fire late Sunday night has displaced 16 people in Longview, according to KOMO News.
Fire crews responded to 3858 Pennsylvania Street around 11:30 p.m. and were able to contain the flames within 20 minutes.
Longview Police & Fire reported a “chaotic scene,” but no one was reported injured following the incident. The fire left one unit totally destroyed, one significantly damaged, and two mildly damaged.
The local Red Cross chapter will be assisting the displaced residents with housing needs.
Firefighters speculate that a candle may have caused the fire. Authorities are currently investigating for more information.
