Accident on I-5 SB at Delin St blocks right lane in Tacoma

TACOMA, WA – The right lane of southbound I-5 at Delin St was blocked on Friday morning due to a minor collision, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.

Updated: Collision on I-5 SB, at MP 133.41 near Delin St. Beginning at 8:31 am on Jan. 8, 2021 until further notice. The right lane is blocked.

According to WSDOT, the accident happened around 8:30 a.m. Friday. WSDOT did not report any injuries. The right lane was blocked while traffic crews and first responders cleared the scene. The accident was cleared by about 9 a.m., according to a later tweet.
