Accident affects traffic on I-405 Northbound at West Valley Highway

SEATTLE, WA- Authorities responded to an accident on I-405 Northbound at West Valley Highway on the afternoon of November 30, WSDOT Traffic reports.

Update 5:04 PM : On I-405 northbound just south of West Valley Hwy there is a collision blocking the HOV lane.
