4-year-old Auburn boy run over by vehicle while riding his bike

AUBURN, WA – A 45-year-old man struck and killed a 4-year-old boy who was riding his bike in the 1200 block of 30th Street SE on Monday afternoon.
Sadly, Auburn traffic units are processing the scene of a fatal collision in the parking lot of the 1200 block of 30th Street SE. A little four year old boy was run over while riding his bike.

KOMO News reported that the driver stayed on the scene and will likely not face charges. First responders transported the boy to Harborview Medical Center, where he soon after died. His identity has not been made public.
Officials confirmed that the boy and the driver lived at the same apartment complex, but it is not immediately clear whether they knew each other.
