12-year-old pedestrian killed in two-car pin-in collision in Kent

KENT, WA – A 12-year-old child was killed after being pinned in a pedestrian accident in Kent yesterday, according to a report by KING 5.

The accident happened in the 10800 block of SE 208th St. just before 5 p.m. when two vehicles collided, pinning a 12-year-old child between them.

Despite resuscitative efforts made by emergency crews, the child died as a result of injuries sustained during the crash.

The identities of the child and the drivers were not publicly revealed.

It is possible that one of the drivers was experiencing a medical episode when the crash happened, though authorities continue to investigate the cause of the accident.
