WASHOUGAL, WA – A woman was critically injured and two others received minor wounds in a motorcycle accident Sunday morning near the Washougal River State Park in Clark County, according to KOMO News.

The accident happened on Northeast Vernon Road, near the Washougal River, at around 11:25 a.m. as a group of about 8 motorcycles traveled down the rural Clark County road.

A motorcycle carrying Jason Doody and his wife, Jennifer Doody, was leading the group. A deer crossed into their path, causing a collision that killed the animal and threw the couple from their bike. The motorcycle behind the Doodys also crashed as a result.
