State Patrol investigates serious two-car collision on SR 18

KENT, WA – Washington State Patrol is investigating a serious two-vehicle collision that occurred on Highway 18 just west of 272nd St early Wednesday morning.
Multiple VRFA units and 2 King County Medic One units are on scene of a serious 2 car motor vehicle accident on Eastbound Highway 18 just West of 272nd. Two patients needed to be extricated from their vehicles. State Patrol is on scene investigating. pic.twitter.com/hs0CZr2eie

Valley Regional Fire reported via Twitter that two people involved in the crash were extricated from their cars by first responders. It is not clear how the accident happened. First responders were at the scene by 5:45 a.m.
