ENUMCLAW, WA – A man died Thursday after falling off a boat while fishing with his son at Deep Lake in King County, according to Seattle PI.

The accident was reported to the King County Sheriff’s Office around 3 p.m. in the 36900 block of Veazie Cumberland Road Southeast after a man was thrown from his boat and into the lake water.

The unidentified victim was pulled out of the water by emergency crew, who attempted to resuscitate him. However, he died at the scene.

The man’s son, who had been fishing with him in the boat, was not harmed in the accident.
