Man Dies after Crashing His Truck Into Mailboxes and Fence
Request Free ConsultationSUMMIT, WA – A 50 year-old man died early Tuesday morning after crashing his Chevrolet Silverado truck into several mailboxes and a fence near Tacoma, Washington, according to Patch.
The Pierce County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call around 4 a.m. Tuesday morning from a witness who had watched the accident. The Silverado crashed in the 10300 block of Canyon Road East.
First responders found the driver of the truck in critical condition and took him to the hospital, where was pronounced dead.
Officials believe that the crash was likely caused by a medical emergency, which rather than the crash was what killed the man. No drugs or alcohol were found in the victim’s system.
