Ferndale, Washington – Pickup Truck Crashes Into Pole at Ferndale Road

Ferndale, Washington (April 19, 2020) – A pickup truck crashed into a pole at Ferndale Road in the area of Ulrich Road on Sunday morning. According to the report from My Ferndale News, the driver refused aid at the scene and no major injuries were reported. However, the damage caused a power outage in the area.

According to the report, the crash occurred around 8 a.m. The pickup truck appears to have been northbound on Ferndale Road when it left the roadway on the west side, causing the vehicle to collide with a pole. The collision broke the pole, causing it to lean over the road. The incident caused Ferndale Road to be closed as repairs were ongoing. The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the crash.
