Accident on I-5 near 38th St Pedestrian Overpass blocks one lane

TACOMA, WA – A collision on southbound Interstate 5 near the 38th St Pedestrian Overpass blocked the left lane of traffic early Monday morning.
Updated: Collision on I-5 SB, at milepost 131.98 near the 38th St Pedestrian Overpass. Beginning at 5:11 am on October 19, 2020 until further notice. The left lane is blocked.

It does not appear that any pedestrians or drivers were injured. The accident happened just after 5 a.m. on Monday. The left lane of I-5 was blocked while crews cleared the scene.
