Wrong-way driver killed after crashing into semi-truck in Puyallup

PUYALLUP, WA – A wrong-way driver is dead after she collided head-on with a semi-truck in Puyallup on Thursday, according to Q13 FOX.

The accident happened on southbound Canyon Road, near 122^nd Street and 116^th Street.

A woman driving a silver Mercury Milan was headed northbound in the southbound lanes, when she collided head-on with a semi-truck.

The victim, who was not immediately identified, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The truck driver was not reported as injured.
