PUYALLUP, WA – A woman was killed after a high-speed driver crashed and flipped over onto her vehicle in Puyallup this morning, according to KOMO News.

The crash happened at 128th Street E and Canyon Road at about 11 a.m., as a 32-year-old man operating a white sedan was allegedly driving over twice the 35 mph speed limit at 100 mph.

He lost control of his vehicle, and it overturned, coming to rest on top of the victim’s black SUV.

The victim, a 31-year-old woman, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver was taken to the hospital with non-critical wounds.

He is facing charges of vehicular homicide. At this time, it is unknown if he may have been under the influence.
